The story
The problem
Reviewing large collections of customer feedback manually takes time and can make recurring issues hard to spot.
What it delivers
I built a guided CLI that validates the input CSV, calculates summary metrics, and uses an LLM to group feedback into themes and suggested actions. It displays a preview and saves the report as Markdown.
